Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales of certification business, establish and maintain business channels, develop and retain customer resources, explore customer demands, and achieve long-term cooperative relationships.
2. Timely identify and feedback problems encountered in daily work, and put forward feasible solutions and suggestions.
3. Collect and sort out customer feedback, analyze and explore customer service demands, and optimize the company’s service procedures.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above with a professional appearance and good professionalism. Outstanding candidates with a high school or equivalent academic background are also acceptable.
2. Possess sound service awareness and market awareness, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, hard-working spirit, steadfast working attitude and certain pressure resistance.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and acute market insight, strong market analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Candidates with rich customer resources and sales experience are preferred; relevant working experience in the testing and certification industry is highly preferred.
Salary
Monthly Salary: RMB 5,000 – 10,000
